Most of us think nothing about calling a doctor, mechanic or dentist to take care of our bodies, our vehicles or even our teeth. However, it often seems more difficult to ask for assistance in dealing with our feelings, thoughts or experiences. I believe that it takes courage and strength for someone to reach out to a Counselor for help in resolving issues, gaining new ideas and developing positive strategies in order to create healing from life's many challenges.

While one cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve past problems and to also manage current challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we can change negative behavior patterns or perceptions that no longer work for you.
